Our Mission
Embrace the surrounding land, structures and people in order to collaborate on projects that salvage, grow and compel a small rural town to re-invent, re-energize, re-connect.

Goal One
Look differently at our approaches. J.O.B.S. Renewable Fund aims to use micro funding in order to spurn activity, curiosity and engagement from residents.
Goal Two
Harness community interaction and feedback on ideas, projects, fixes and then layout the resources and timeline to accomplish the task. Reduce monetary constraints as the reason to “NOT” do.
Goal Three
Know the talents of community. Unearth the hidden talents and skills of Boswell, Indiana to assist in each project. Know no matter the size of project there is value. And in that value reward those who put in their efforts.
Boswell, Indiana resembles to many of the other Midwestern farm towns. Once a Saturday center of activity, now we are a ghost of those Main Street visitors. You hear the whispers of the past in the cars continuously driving past our town on US Highway 41.
Revitalization is not static nor permanent. It is an action of continuous creation and love.
